A Summer evening Class 1 moving water paddle on the Willamette in proximity of Junction City, a distance of 6.2 miles. The Willamette is currently at 4200cfs a Summer level which will present with good lines but also can present large wood and shallow gravel bars which can damage skegs and hard shell touring kayaks. Paddlers will need the equipment and skillset to obtain their line and stay out of large wood. The launch is primitive and steep, the takeout is an easy shallow gravel bar.
