14 miles Moving Water Paddle on the South Santiam starting above Sweet Home. Reservoir fed river with consistent flow. Paddlers will need skills to control their course and avoid rocks. A few areas of vigorous white ripples and chutes, many areas of calm pools. Visit the WKCC website and Trips List to register and see details about the time, launch, shuttle, and take out.
