The last of this seasons after work paddles, this will be a flat water paddle on the head works pond that feeds the water wheels of the historic (1840‘s) Boston Mill near Shedd OR. We may have a guest paddler who‘s lineage were operators of the Mill to share some of the mills stories. The Mill, the Pond, and the setting are stunning. We will have unique after hours access to the Mill site which is now an Oregon State Park. Being an out and back paddle no shuttle is needed, we hope to draw paddlers who have been Covid inactive. This paddle is highly suitable for newbies and learners. Visit the WKCC website to register for this paddle to receive an Email with location details.
