About this event
This trip will be flow dependent. We will do the trip if there is 650 cfs or above. If there isn’t enough water, we will do something closer to Corvallis. Decision will be made Saturday night.
This stretch of river winds through a very pretty, narrow canyon. Recreational kayaks with a spray skirt, white water kayaks, sit on tops with a dry suit or layers or an IK work on this part of the river.
Riverside waterfalls, big fish, and pretty landscape are seen along the way.
Please be prompt and meet at the take out at 9:29 am.
For all WKCC club trips:
1) The club's insurance policy requires all trip participants to sign the liability waiver. If you are inviting others on the trip please be sure they register online to sign the waiver. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER OTHERS; TO BE INSURED EVERY PADDLER MUST REGISTER THEMSELF.
2) Parents/legal guardians of participants under the age of 18 must also sign the liability waiver. If you are under 18 please be sure your parent or legal guardian completes their portion of the registration form.
3) PFD with whistle is required per club safety guidelines and Oregon State law.
