Packsaddle to Fishermans Bend
About this event
This is the classic Packsaddle section of the North Santiam with a takeout at Fisherman's Bend. Beautiful Class 3 section of water including The Swirlies, Spencer's Hole, Carnivore, and Mill City Falls. The class 3 rapids can be challenging but they're pool-drop. This trip would be appropriate for a solid class 2 paddler that doesn't mind a potential swim. Helmets are required.
