This is the classic Packsaddle section of the North Santiam with a take-out at Fisherman&#39;s Bend instead of Mill City. Beautiful Class 3 section of water including The Swirlies, Spencer&#39;s Hole, Carnivore, and Mill City Falls. Paddlers should have class 3 experience and expect big waves and pushy water.<br /><br />Helmets are required.
