A fairly docile 3.5 mile paddle of a Willamette Valley floor creek with not a lot of gradient. There will be wood, but at the present low flow its quite manageable. Muddy Creek actually flows clear and clean, it is charged with water taken from the McKenzie River near Coburg by the Coburg Irrigation District. Come see the 1873 Army Corps Revetment from when the City of Corvallis was about to loose its active Willamette River channel. This paddle is suitable for learners with some boat control skill.
