A moving water paddle of 4+ miles on the upper 1/2 of the classic paddle from Peoria to Corvallis. We do not want to get caught on the river in darkness so we will only go 1/2 way and takeout on a private property gravel bar with permission. There can be big wood in the river, a paddler will need boat control to stay clear of wood. This is an excellent paddle for learners and beginners. The launch is developed and easy, the takeout is a gentle slope gravel bar. Register for this paddle to receive an Email Tuesday evening with details about the Launch, Shuttle, and Takeout.
