N. Santiam. Packsaddle/Fishermans Bend, II-III
About this event
This is the classic Packsaddle section of the North Santiam with a take-out at Fisherman's Bend. Approx 9-10 miles of Class 3, pool and drop, main rapids include The Swirlies, Spencer's Hole, Carnivore, and Mill City Falls.
Bring a lunch as we will stop just below Spencer's Hole for a break.
PFD, Helmet and whistle required. Dress to swim!
Meet at Fisherman's Bend - parking is $5 per vehicle so we can arrange shuttle there for least expense to all.
