McKenzie Hayden Bridge to Armitage

2 week fully-vaccinated club members only please. 7.5 miles class 1(1+). Soggy Sneakers 5 #94. Good beginner run but you will need proper insulation for the cold McKenzie (dress to swim in high 40s water), and the ability to maneuver around wood in fast current. We'll spend a lot of time on safety and basic skills building.
