In proximity of Corvallis, Linn Counties Muddy Creek confluence's with the Willamette River. This will be a 3 mile paddle of a low flow creek. It will be shallow, and will leave scratches in plastic paddle craft. IK's work well. Dave says there are 2 problem areas of wood/brush. The flow is very low at this time, pinning is no risk. Bring sneakers and expect to get wet walking through some areas. The launch is primitive and steep, the takeout is a public boat launch. This paddle is suitable for learners.
