Lake Creek class 1 and 2

Start 4 miles above Deadwood to 3 miles below Deadwood (takeout is above the Horn)

This is a standard club trip that has been run the last 3 or 4 years. Great early season trip. No big water, no big rapids, no big waves. Pool drop with many nice ledges for surfing. Reading water and rock dodging the biggest skill.

This put in and takeout is not listed in Soggy Sneakers. This run is a class 1 and 2 run suitable for those with some whitewater experience and the appropriate water craft and wetsuit/drysuit.
