North Santiam Mill City to Mehama Bridge Class 2

This section of river is more aggressive than the typical paddles I post, 8.3 miles, It will be just under true White Water, but at the edge of being WW.  It is a bit technical in that a solid boat control is needed to keep out of an immersion. A kayaker will need to be skirted.  IK's would work well, sit-atops probably not ideal. Helmets required. - Splashy need maneuvering skills and correct equipment. Not for beginners.
