Willamette Town run, Class 1-2 (Time changed to 1pm)

Get out for some exercise and fun on the Island Park to Alton Baker town run. It is a simple run but has some maneuvers that make it more than a casual float. Boaters should have some class 1+-2 experience. If not text or call ahead if first time. Lower water adds some hazards with more rocks expose. Hard shell (with skirt) or quality Inflatable Kayak are best, of course canoes are always honored. Some practice and fun consisting of; eddy-outs, peal-outs, ferrying, & surfing. Even practice your swimming strokes.
Check your list Boat (!), Paddle, PFD, Helmet, Whistle and appropriate water gear (wetsuit, drysuit/drytop, etc., your sensible preference)

Meetup and shuttle info will be sent to registered paddlers.
